Group Leader Sandy Keep
Tai Chi is a gentle low impact form of exercise in which participants perform a series of deliberate flowing motions focusing on deep slow breaths. It helps to improve strength flexibility and balance. The group meets on the first and third Saturday morning of each month, in an indoor location during the winter months and outside, at Smallhythe Place, during the summer.
